In this course, participants will read the book 鈥淪haring Books, Talking Science.鈥� Teachers will engage in learning around the crosscutting concepts of the Iowa Science Standards (NGSS) and apply them through think-aloud strategies. This will help teachers make connections between science and literacy standards.
Participants are expected to fully participate and attend in order to successfully complete this professional learning opportunity. Participants are responsible for purchasing the required book 鈥淪haring Books Talking Science鈥� which is ($26.25 plus taxes/shipping)
